Not investment advice
TabAlerts shows market data and sends price alerts. Nothing in the app is investment, financial or trading advice. Crypto trading carries a high risk of loss, and your decisions are your own. TabAlerts doesn’t place trades or hold funds.
Alerts can be late or missed
Alerts depend on exchanges, networks, push services and your device settings, any of which can delay or drop them. Don’t rely on TabAlerts as your only way to manage risk. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed or wrong.
Your use of the app
Don’t misuse the service, try to break it, or access it other than through the app. We may limit or suspend access that harms the service.
Pro and purchases
Free use has limits on pairs, folders and active alerts. Pro raises them. Purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, and that store’s terms cover billing, refunds and cancellation. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account.
Changes to the service
We may change or stop features. We will update the date at the top of this page when these terms change.
Liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for trading losses or for indirect damages from using or being unable to use it. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
